Annette is a management & HR professional, who has been involved in operations of various organizations for the last 21 years and at Ipbc Consult as our Executive Director, she brings a wealth of experience, competence and energy for both organization and social development. A Business Administrator by profession, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors Degree, emphasis in Accounting) of Makerere University, Higher Diploma in Marketing from MUBS, Certificate in Banking from Uganda Institute of Bankers, Training of Trainers-Certificate from UMI, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) MUK, Certificate in Call Center Administration and call center Distribution from Alcatel University Brest –France and 4760 call Accounting-Alcatel Training Center , Nairobi.
Annette is responsible for Identifying, developing and directing the implementation our customer programs. She is also a customer service consultant, she has conducted various call center and customer service trainings for several companies such as Civil Aviation Authority, Uganda Revenue Authority, Multi choice Uganda, Uganda police, Marie’s topes, Uganda Registration Bureau and Mengo Hospital Health communication partnership. She has also been in involved in call center setup and consultancy and management of the call centers in the above mentioned companies, facilitated team building sessions for Uganda Health Support Program and UAP Insurance Company.

Micheal holds a Masters in Business Administration with a bias in Project Management. He is also a qualified Marketer and holds a marketing certification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Makerere University. He has over ten years of experience gained at various levels of employment and private consultancy. He is responsible for the delivery of project Proposals, customer engagements. Micheal has worked on various multi-national and local assignments in various projects within the East African region covering South Sudan, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda.
His experience in Marketing and Project management covers a wide range of clients in the NGOs, SMEs, government, manufacturing as well as financial services sectors.

Richard has over 10 years’ experience in business management, Education and Project monitoring and evaluation. He has gained experience in various levels of

Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree of MakerereUniversity, Kampala; Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com Honors) degree of PuneUniversity, India; and a Uganda Diploma of Business Studies (UDBS) of MakerereUniversity Business School (MUBS). This versatile training locally and abroad, too,has over the years earned him substantial experience in working with multi-cultural and multi-racial peoples.Patrick is a Business Development and Management Professional with practicalexperience in Business management, Public-Private-Partnerships and Socio economic development, and has accumulated over 12 years of professional practice; majority of which is at senior management level. He has immense knowledge and understanding of the business application of import/export regulations and customs obtained from the Customs Department of Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), where he supported Investors/Manufacturers as Customs In-Charge for the Manufacturers’ private Customs- bonded Warehouses for the Jinja/Njeru Industrial Zone. Prior to joining URA, he served as Manager Business Development, Consulting and Research Services at the Management Training and Advisory Centre (MTAC), Kampala; where he was overseeing the Centre’s technical support for strengthening private sector-led development around the Country. He also boasts of scientific research skills and excellent people nurturing and development experience earned while he worked at the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences at Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) as a Senior member of its core academic team; where he taught, nurtured, mentored and turned around young individuals into responsible professionals from mere freshmen and women from high school.

Florence is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 6 years of experience in accounting and finance. Experienced in bookkeeping, tax calculating, and reporting for business clients and organizations. She is a competent finance professional with expertise in many of the most common accounting software programs. Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity and accurate record keeping.
Florence has been with Ipbc for a period of four (4) years and before joing us, She worked with various organizations and companies namely; Vvsaol Investments Limited, Heritage Coffee Company Limited.

Joshua holds a diploma in Business studies from UCC Tororo and he is currently finalizing his CPA certification studies from MTAC, He is very passionate about business and has gained a lot of experience over the years in book keeping and use of different accounting applications to generate financial reports. Before joining IPBC consult he had worked for several organizations which included Uganda Human Rights Commission in the finance department where he gained experience in use of several accounting packages like IFMS(Integrated Financial Management System) for budgeting, cash management and generating financial reports.
