WE ARE HIRING Our client, a reputable Bank is looking for competent candidates to fill the available position below; Job Title: Bank Teller / Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Accept and process customer deposits and process withdrawals in line with the bank policy. 2. Receive transaction requests such as RTGS, SWIFT and EFT instructions and process the same in line with bank policy and procedures 3. Receive and attend to customer queries, complaints and general information inquiries in line with the bank’s policy and refer customers to the proper service area for issues that cannot be resolved at the teller line 4. Cross sell various bank products to customers 5. Receive and post cheque deposits as per bank policy. 6. Receive and make Forex transactions in line with the Bank policy 7. Generate cash transaction reports 8. Filing and records management of all transaction vouchers Education & Training: An honors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Quantitative Economics and Business Statistics or any other related field from a recognized University.
